New Innovations For Protecting Your Cell Phone

There is an Indian company that has found a way to keep your cell phone safe in the event it is stolen. You an actually tell your phone to call you and let you know. Or more close to the truth, it will text you at home.

When you have a phone that has been lost or stolen, the application that was developed by Maverick Secure Mobile will send you a text message that will tell you its location and deliver a nice loud alert the thief.

This application was displayed at the San Diego California Demo technology conference. The audience found the humor in the device's ability to scare off the thief when a cell phone is stolen.

The software is buried on the phone so that a thief will not have any idea if you have it on your phone or not. The company should get another phone number like a friends or your spouse's where the text message can be delivered.

Once you have given all of this information you will have the ability to see what messages the thief is sending with your phone and even listen in on the phone calls. The real beauty if to deliver the blaring siren that the thief will not be able to shut off.

Maverick is working with Nokia to have this on their phones. Maverick is a developer of other applications that can be used on your cell phone. They also make memory cards that have games and other applications.

Maverick has also suggested another use for the application with parents who are looking for a way to track their children. There are many possibilities with this handy application.
